Mens Engagement Rings

Mens engagement rings are something that no one really hears about, or looks for. Men usually don’t care much about engagement rings because they’re not as fashionable as women are, and they usually do not care about the status symbol of it. Women usually flaunt their rings and show everyone around them what they have, but men do not. Men’s engagement rings aren’t “all the rage” which is probably why men don’t wear them. Also, women usually don’t propose to men, so they don’t have a reason to get one. A man would just be spending more money on another ring other than the one that he bought for his girlfriend, and he would probably only wear it until he got married and never wear it again.

I personally think that it’s totally up to you whether you want an engagement for just the female, or if you want it for the both of you to symbolize your love before you’re officially wedded. Some homosexual men may like to have engagement rings which are a totally different idea. Because there is no female in the relationship, one or both men may want an engagement ring to symbolize their love especially since gay marriage isn’t accepted everywhere yet. Gay men may wear their rings all of the time because they feel just like a girl feels whenever she gets proposed to. All men have different opinions on it. Some men don’t even wear their wedding band after their married for many different reasons. The men that do that would probably think that it’s stupid to have an engagement ring. In retrospect, it all depends on your sexuality and idea of the meaning whether you may want to purchase one or just let the female have it to herself.
